Anti Aging Home Remedies

  1. Banana mask:

Banana is rich in Vitamin A, B6, and C, which makes it the king of the fruits. You can either eat it, drink it, or apply the mask. If you apply it around the eyes, it helps in reducing the dark circles and wrinkles and prevents skin damage due to free radicals. 

You need to just mash a banana into a fine paste and apply it around your eyes. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash off with cold water.

  1. Argan oil:

Argan oil is full of antioxidants and also rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids, which provides the essential nutrients to the skin and maintains the elasticity. It helps in nourishing the skin cells deeply. Argan oil can be used for early signs of aging.

You need to take some drops of argan oil and massage the area in a circular motion for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash it with warm water.

  1. Yogurt face mask:

Next to the anti-aging home remedy is yogurt, which is rich in lactic acid, which helps in removing the dead cells and improving the skin complexion. It’s Vitamin E content helps in skin repair and vanishes the blemishes. Lemon balances the Ph level of the skin and tightens it. Honey cleanses the skin deeply.

Add two spoon of yogurt in 1 spoon of honey, two capsules of Vitamin E, and a few drops of lemon. Mix well and apply on the face. Once it gets dried, wash off with cold water.

  1. Jojoba oil:

It seems like liquid wax, but the structure is like the natural oils only. It gets absorbed deep in the skin and prevents wrinkles. It has Vitamin E, which fights against free radicals and delays the aging process.

Just take a few drops of jojoba oil and massage for 2, 3 minutes, then wash with warm water.

  1. Aloe vera:

It is the most famous ingredient of the majority of cosmetics. It has anti-aging properties that help in fighting against free radicals and prevents wrinkles.

Mix two tablespoons of aloe vera with one egg white and apply on the face. Then wash it with warm water.
