Centering everything in your images

Gone are the days where the early images where in the horizon line placed in the middle of the photo. This is one of the most common mistake photographers in the beginning level do. The problem with it is that it cuts the image in half and leaves people looking at the image. When you take photos of landscapes or anything which is in horizon line, it is best to put the horizon on one of the third lines.

Taking attention away from the main focus in the image

Unintentionally, you might end up including something in your frame takes away the attention from the main subject of your photograph. Ensure, the right angle and view before to desire to get the perfect shot.

Never turning the camera for vertical photography

One thing you might notice with the new gen photographers is that they prefer using camera using in the landscape mode. They never consider to their cameras up to shoot vertically. However, it isn’t always necessary to do so but some subjects would benefit a lot more from the angle. While taking photos, turn the camera into portrait mode vertical photography to see if you could get a better image.

Not giving your camera enough time

You will have to learn how to let the camera focus for you and you will have to give it time to do that. No doubt cameras are really fast but not always fast enough and the same goes with the exposure, so you will have to give it time to get the right exposure.

Forgetting to check the settings

Always look at the settings you have earlier set on your camera. Work out if you have it on manual, shutter priority or auto mode. It is a good habit to get into, check them all every time you start.
